Orders for delivery in South Africa are processed through our Cape Town office and are dispatched daily to all destinations within South Africa. If an order is received by us by 09:00 it is processed the same day.

Delivery in South Africa

We deliver via courier to your front door BUT ONLY if your address is in a major metropolitan city.

If you order on-line order, please ensure all the correct contact and delivery address – see notes below on the way we deliver. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. You can also order via fax…

Please note, we do not deliver COD nor do we accept debit cards.

Paying for your order by EFT

If you prefer to transfer money via EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) to our FNB bank account – please fax or –mail us your order, all the delivery and contact details, as well as which items you require and the proof of payment. Bank details…

Please use the fax order form for submitting an EFT order as well.

Courier service

We ONLY send parcels with an “overnight service” (although called “overnight” it normally takes 2 days) to street addresses.

Farms, smallholdings and townships

You will need to get a quote from us for courier delivery to any of these.

Notification of delivery status

We prefer to email the courier waybill number your email address.

If you do not provide an email address, please provide your cell number.

Due to this, kindly ensure that you provide us with the correct phone number or e-mail address.
